Bug Fixes
This PR was generated with Release Please. See documentation.
Note
Low Risk
The PR diff is version and changelog metadata only; runtime risk from the documented fix is moderate for FDv2 clients that rely on FDv1 fallback during startup.
Overview
Bumps launchdarkly-java-server-sdk from 7.13.4 to 7.13.5 via Release Please:
.release-please-manifest.json,lib/sdk/server/gradle.properties,Version.SDK_VERSION, and a new CHANGELOG section. The release documents a bug fix (already merged in #158): the SDK now honors the FDv1 fallback directive during the initializer phase of the FDv2 data system, so server-directed fallback to FDv1 polling can apply while initializers run—not only later in the synchronizer lifecycle.
